Logos & Acknowledgment

All promotional materials created by Lane County Cultural Coalition grant recipients need to include a Lane County Cultural Coalition AND Oregon Cultural Trust logo, variations on which can be downloaded at the links below. The Oregon Cultural Trust logo must be accompanied by the following text, with the text standing alone: “This [project/program/workshop] is supported by the Oregon Cultural Trust.”

Communications Partner Plan

Upon notification of grant award, recipients should complete the Oregon Cultural Trust’s Communications Partner Plan [linked here].

Report on Use of Funds

Please submit your final report within sixty (60) days of the completion of the grant project, and no later than December 31 of your award year, whichever is earlier. Report should be downloaded, completed and emailed–along with any accompanying materials–to laneculture@lanearts.org.

The 2025 Report on Use of Funds will be available for download here and will be emailed directly to grant recipients.
