The Lane County Cultural Coalition will seek new applicants and select Coalition members once a year. To enhance the diversity of the Coalition, the Coalition shall be comprised of 12 members: two from each of the five County Districts (West Lane, East Lane, Springfield, North Eugene, and South Eugene), and one member each from Lane Arts Council (LAC) and Museums United of Springfield Eugene (MUSE). Volunteer members of the Coalition must have a knowledge and dedication to cultural endeavors in Lane County and be prepared to participate in regularly scheduled monthly meetings and participate on at least two subcommittees. Members may be affiliated with a cultural organization, but will not represent that organization in discussion or voting.

Coalition members will review applications and make recommendations for each of the five districts. The Coalition will forward their selections to the Oregon Cultural Trust. Member representatives from LAC and MUSE will be appointed by the executive leadership of their respective organizations.
